1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the self-storage services provided by Discount Storage. By reserving a storage unit, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Storage Agreement

Your storage agreement begins on the date your unit is reserved and continues on a rolling monthly basis until terminated by either party with the required notice period.

3. Payment Terms

Rent is payable monthly in advance. We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and direct debit. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your storage agreement.

4. Access & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access code. 24/7 access is available subject to our security procedures. We reserve the right to restrict access in the event of non-payment.

5. Prohibited Items

You must not store hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal substances, firearms, explosives, flammable materials, or any living organisms in your storage unit.

6. Insurance

You are responsible for insuring the contents of your storage unit. We strongly recommend obtaining specialist storage insurance for the duration of your agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, all stored items must be removed by the end of the notice period.
